Chanced upon Surrey Reptile Centre after researching online. George greeted us as soon as we entered the shop and we mooched around before heading straight back to the tortoises. We fell in love with a lively little fella straight away! … More The shop was quite busy and so George called for a colleague to come and help us who had been working in the warehouse. We were given so much invaluable information and guidance. We chose and handled our dwarf Hermann tortoise so staff were sure we were confident and they too encouraged us to ask lots of questions. All the staff we met were supper friendly and helpful and we will definitely return for tort supplies. Great to have the farmshop next door too so we could pick up some fresh food (we were worried the supermarkets would be closed and had the table to set up so foraging was out of the question).

Me and my boyfriend are bearded dragon lovers and we currently have a 10 month old beardie. We absolutely love ours, we have always wanted a zero bearded dragon too! We were doing some research and looking around as to what shops had them. … More We emailed Surrey Reptile Centre and had a response from Madi that they had 5! We called up and arranged to meet Madi there that afternoon. Madi greeted us straight away and was so patient and attentive whilst we were trying to find the right addition to the family. She was extremely informative, so lovely and kind and really made our experience so enjoyable. She priced different options up for us within minutes and we left with our gorgeous little 3 month old baby zero who we’ve renamed Loki! I have never been anywhere with such amazing customer service. Madi is probably the happiest person I’ve ever seen! When we got to the till everyone within the store had a chat with us about our new addition and even offered to help us carry everything to the car (even though the store closed 10 minutes before but we were a bit indecisive!) I cannot fault Surrey reptile centre the team are absolutely brilliant and you can tell they are passionate and really care about all the animals within the store! I will be going here from now on for all of my reptile needs. 10/10 guys! Thank you to everyone at Surrey Reptile Centre!We will definitely be seeing you again soon!

This week I went and purchased an Orchid Mantis from the store who assisted me from start to finish. Couldn't … More have asked for a better experience and it is definitely going to be my new go to place, even with a 35 min drive its 100% worth it!! Also had an awesome selection of bugs including curly winged flies, roaches, locusts, worms. etc. whereas other stores have only usually had the basic locusts and crickets.

I came across the Surrey Reptile centre after being let down by an online retailer in advance of my son’s Birthday. Not sure what to expect, I drove directly to the centre in desperation to see their stock of vivariums. They had everything … More I needed, from colour choice, accessories, supplies, all in stock and ready to take away. I was introduced to George, who keeps his own Beardies in store and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice and built the enclosure complete with heat lamp ready to plug in while I waited so I could take it away to wrap for my son’s Birthday the next day. He also offered a handling session with my son on the weekend so he could choose his own Beardy, showing us how to hold and feed him. I have no hesitation in recommending George and his team if you are thinking of getting a reptile for the first time. 5 stars! So impressed, head and shoulders above the larger pet retailers! Thank you so much for saving my son’s Birthday!!

What a great place to go and either visit , get advice or buy your pet from. We went to board my reptiles for August and the whole process was easy and comfortable.
